Djoma, Great site. I'm a fan of salmon. Everytime I go to WA in the USA, I make sure I buy and cook some. We have Atlantic Salmon in Australia, mainly in Tasmania, south of the continent. So, what we get in Sydney is at least a day old. But, heck there's something about Salmon. It's great. I use a Salmon rub that my wife bought from the states, everytime grill the fish, I also cook with Thai spices and with tomato puree and spices. It's a great fish and quite versatile.
